During FLORIDA'S stay at home order we have revised several procedures in our warehouse to keep our teams safe. 

We will be doing everything we can to get orders received by 2pm out same day but at this time we cannot guarantee same day shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Transit times are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed.

We are doing our best to ship orders either the same business day or the next business day, however given the current pandemic, there may be additional delays.

We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are tracked. Please note tracking details are not sent immediately after shipping. You will receive them within 24 hours of shipping.

Orders are shipped in discreet bubble mailers or boxes with no logos or direct mention of the nature of the products inside.  All packing slips are generic. NO WORRIES :)
